Every listing appears in one main category at no cost. This is your primary placement on the bench.
Adding more categories
To appear in additional categories, you can purchase extra category slots. Each batch of extra categories costs $5 and allows you to select up to 3 more categories for your listing.
You have two points to add them:
- During submission, on the plan step
- After launch, from /account/listings (Categories)
Once payment clears, you pick your extra categories and your listing shows in each one straight away. The readout updates in real time.
How it works
Multiple categories increase your sample's visibility across the site. Think of it as more benches where your work appears for reviewers to find. Choose categories that match what you have made—voters and followers browse by category, so accurate placement matters.
