What happens if I need my money back?
Purchases cannot be refunded once paid, with one exception. Your statutory rights remain intact.

Payment is final
Once a payment clears, it is not refundable. This is set out in the terms you accept at checkout. However, this does not limit the legal protections you hold as a consumer.
When we remove a listing
If our team rejects or takes down a paid listing, you receive a full refund to your original payment method at once. We also issue a credit note. If you paid in crypto, we will ask for a payout address to process the refund.
During a chargeback or dispute
When a payment is disputed or reversed, all items bought with that order come down from the bench while we investigate. If the dispute settles in your favour, the listing can go back up. If it settles in ours, it stays down.
Questions people ask
- Am I covered by consumer law?
- Yes. This refund policy does not override your statutory rights as a buyer in your country.
- What if the listing is removed—do I get my money back?
- Yes, in full. The refund goes back to your original payment method automatically, and we issue a credit note as well.
- What happens to my listing if there is a payment dispute?
- It comes down while the dispute is being reviewed. Once resolved, it may be restored if the decision is in your favour.
