How do I control my notifications?
Set your alert channels, frequency and quiet hours at /account/notifications.

Signal channels and timing
On the bench at /account/notifications, you run a readout for each notice type. For each, pick your channel—Email, Telegram or Slack—and your cadence. Instant sends the alert straight away. Daily digest and Weekly digest batch them up. Off silences that notice entirely.
Telegram and Slack notifications need your own bot or webhook to route them. Chat channels honour optional quiet hours you set, so alerts won't land outside your window.
Notices locked on
Some notices are non-optional. The system must always send you: receipts and refunds, payment failures, disputes, holding records on your founder profile, listing status moves, missing badges, and security alerts such as a new sign-in from an unfamiliar device or an email address change.
Unsubscribe from email notices
Each notice email carries a one-step unsubscribe link for that notice class only. Click it to stop that type without touching your other settings.

- No. Receipts, refunds, payment problems, disputes, profile holds, status changes, missing badges and security events are always sent. You can control channel and timing for everything else at /account/notifications.
- Do I need to set up Telegram or Slack myself?
- Yes. You supply your own bot or webhook. Once configured, you pick Telegram or Slack as your channel for any notice type.
- What are quiet hours?
- Optional time windows you set at /account/notifications. Chat channel alerts (Telegram, Slack) will not arrive outside these hours.
