Why is my listing on hold? Founder profile checks, explained
A listing stays on hold until the owner's founder profile at /account/founder is complete, and it is released automatically once it is.

Sample requirements
The readout for a founder profile is simple. Every field below must be on record at /account/founder:
- Photo, plus a single sentence describing what the photo shows
- Full name
- Title or role
- Country
- Bio: a short text, minimum 80 characters
- Personal link: one or more, pointing to your own website or your personal social profile. Company pages are not accepted.
Two fields are optional: city, and a link to your founder story.
Status: waiting for founder profile
You can draft, submit and pay for a listing while the profile is incomplete. What you cannot do is publish it or give it a scheduled slot. The listing is held on the bench, not discarded.
Complete the profile and the hold is lifted automatically. You do not need to resubmit.
Paid listings are handled by date:
- Your paid week is still in the future: it is kept as booked.
- Your paid week has already gone by: the listing is published this week.
Free listings whose slot has gone by are published in the next free-queue week instead. In both cases we tell you.
Adding co-founders
Open the Team section at /account/founder and send an invitation. Each co-founder is shown on the product only after their own profile is complete. The same checks apply to them.

- No. The link must be your own website or your personal social profile. Company pages are not accepted.
- Which founder profile fields are optional?
- City and a link to your founder story. Everything else listed at /account/founder is required.
