About Analytics & Data

Analytics & Data is where we put tools that turn raw activity into something a team can act on. Each product here collects, moves, shapes or asks for information, and each gets the same test as everything else we review: does it hold up on an ordinary working day, with untidy inputs and an impatient user? Pros sit in one column, cons in the other, and the score dial moves only for things we can point to.

This page lists the products and businesses in the category and its subcategories, with filters to narrow the field. Newest launches appear first by default. Switch to sorting by community votes if you want the crowd's view; votes can never be bought. Choose the subcategory that matches the job you need done: watching users, reporting to the business, moving data between systems, or asking people direct questions.

Analytics & Data: questions answered

What belongs in Analytics & Data?
Anything whose main job is gathering, moving, analysing or reporting information, or collecting it directly from people. That covers usage tracking, dashboards, pipelines and survey tools. If data is a side feature of something else, it probably fits better in that product's own field.
How do I choose between the subcategories?
Ask what the product does first. Tools that follow behaviour inside an app go under product analytics, reporting layers under business intelligence, movers of data between systems under pipelines, and questionnaire tools under surveys. A product that does several jobs should take the one it is strongest at.
How do I get a product listed here?
Go to /submit and paste your website address. An AI drafts the profile from that site, then you check and edit every field before anything goes live. Your main category is included free. An upgrade adds up to 3 more categories for $5, and a free listing waits about 6-8 weeks in the queue.
How are listings ordered on this page?
Newest first by default, so recent launches get seen without anyone paying for position. Visitors can re-sort by community votes instead. Votes can never be bought, so the vote order reflects what people actually thought of a product rather than who spent the most.
What should I check when comparing tools in this field?
Look at whether you can export your own data, how long setup takes before the first useful result, and how the tool copes with messy or incomplete inputs. Check what it tells you about privacy and consent, and whether the pricing is clear before you commit.
